Turned on my SAM this afternoon and on the front page (the one before you even enter the SAM software) is an 'information' box which says ' The application is cleaning its database. Please wait'.
Trouble is, three and a half hours later I'm still waiting !
Tried phoning IT mid afternon but all their phones are off the hook. Left a message on Kevin's answerphone, but no response yet.
Anybody out there know what's going on with my SAM - I've got orders and payments to enter and can't get in.

Hi. This problem does occour from time to time. If you get this message and every time you tap on OK it comes back, you will need to contact ICT. Its a fairly tricky problem so I won't post the method for sorting it here at the moment as it you get it wrong you could loose orders.
