Have you tried taking the paper out & put back in again ensuring the top cover is fully engaged?
Can't say I've had the problem yet but I notice that the printer doesn't like cold weather. I have to keep it in my coat pocket for warmth otherwise it becomes temperamental.
The whole SAM/Printer thing is a nasty piece of work!!!
Can't wait to bin the lot!!!!

....the guy I spoke to at IT didn't want to know as it wasn't the SAM handheld... Hi What are you printing from if not the SAM handheld ? Does it work with the SAM device ? If your using bluetooth then:- 1) It should be a blue light - blue switch on side should be on ( don't know about the flashing green/red) 2) I don't know but if you reset it then you might have deleted the pairing information. I've never reset it so don't know the implications.

Can anyone help? My printer stopped printing halfway through a page. I turned it off and then on again, and got the green light, but could not get it to work, or switch it off again. I did a reset on the back, and now I have a flashing alternate green/red light. The printer is fully charged. The hand book on the disc is no help, the guy I spoke to at IT didn't want to know as it wasn't the SAM handheld, and brother haven't got back to me. Mean while I can not print. Anyone help?? Hi Have you checked the little switch on the side of the printer is FULLY in the ON position? It is next to the on/off button we use. Mine slipped a bit and I got all kinds of c**p before I found it had moved"just a tiny bit". Hope this helps, but doubt it! ALSO. Is it fully charged? Dodgybracket
