I have been quick to praise the venretian dept before now for their lack of DORs on metal venetians, but yesterday fitted a whole house in aluwood only find out that they had been supplied in the wrong colour. This means that the entire order has to be DORed and fitted at MY expense

Further to my previous post I would suggest that you request new samples of aluwood venetians. When my customer complained about the colour to Hillarys they sent her a sample of aluwood Pecan which matched the blinds that I had fitted but in no way matched the sample in my book. I have had to send them my sample in order that a colour match can be made against it. I dont think the customer would have minded if there had only been a slight difference in colour but the difference was so great you would have to be blind (no pun) to miss it.

lt would appear that the wood and aluwood samples we have are incorrect!!!!!!
Come on Washington, whats going on?
