Why can't I select Stratford?

Just got my SAM thing and on my second order with it find there is no mention of Stratford in a 127mm vertical.

Went to tools/request latest info which apparently worked, but still no Stratford and the IT dept have done one as its past 5pm.

What's goin on?

Any ideas folks?
