just realised that as you change the date to see the address of next week customers you can also use the date change to order today for a customer booked in next week

Changed date in SAM last Sat & did a Thursday quote. Usual £99 time waster so signed off "no product of interest", expecting to free up a lead spot.
WRONG, NPOI just leaves the lead there, so I can have an extra hour in bed tomorrow.
Noticed haven't had a housekeeping routine since last Sat either

if you did housekeeping when the date was changed you won't be prompted to do another one until the day following the one you jumped to.
did this make sense?

No, I canceled the housekeeping. After putting date back, I requested latest data. I've found if you don't, the regular updates don't happen
