I have had a couple of occasions when customers have wanted another blind after I have closed their order on SAM. At the moment we can't add it on, and have to do a manual order and go home and ring Hillarys to change it....... It would be handy to be able to go back into the order somehow.

Totally agree, sometimes customer says yes after you have produced a quote!!!!

Self Gen Payments.......£20? When I brought this topic up with my FSM, he said there is no way Hillarys will pay extra for a self generated lead, as they believe the lead is actually generated by them, and NOT us, if the customer is already on their database.
