Did you have to take on a 2 year contract with SAM? Or have the choice of 1 year?
How are you finding it, as some us are still putting off getting one....

I had to take out the 2 yr contract with Vodaphone. I think it has something to do with getting the device for free. We still have to pay for the printer though.
I have found it alot easier to work with. Your diary is on hand to show you what's on all week and it's very simple to book fits in as it's preprogramed.
Hardly any more faxing to HQ, plus no queries or out of stocks !
Pricing is quicker and the customer can trust the price alot easier.
It still has it's faults, well niggles really but as long as we keep reporting them then they should work on fixing them in future updates.
Paperwork and time spent doing it every night has reduced, so you get to relax !
I'd never go back, but then I was quite happy to get a new toy to play with

We had to take out a 2 year contract - wasn't given the option of a 1 year contract when we signed the forms in Autumn 2005, but that's another story..............
