I heard a story the other day from an ex fitter from Apeal blinds. Apparently Apeal have employed a manager who was working for Hillarys. The manager then looked at commission payments fitters were getting(15%) and decided to slash them to 8%  Hillarys management philosphy is spreading eh |

The way ahead is to be your own boss. You can tell yourself what to do and what you'll get paid ! |
