Recently I have failed with a couple of pleated roof sales because the customers have preferred pinoleum blinds instead. The loss of sale has been down to the style only, not price, not colour, and certainly not me!
How do others handle the pinoleum objection, for example how do they compare for protection against heat etc. I have to say personally I like the look of pinoleum but need to find ways of turning these around in the future. Any experience sharing here would be appreciated.

Any experience sharing here would be appreciated. Dennis Isn't pinoleum just woodweave under another name? I've seen roofs in this, unbelievably crap. They just sag like a series of deckchairs, and don't have anywhere near the sun protection of a decent fabric
