Self gen leads

It seems to me that many of us are having a quiet time with leads.


What could/should we be doing to help ourselves ?

I understand many people don't like doing certain things to get leads but it is our own pockets we have to protect.

So what have you tried and what works ?


I try to ask for more business on the fit ( but often forget ! )

The best way to get leads is to have happy customers.
Happy with a good quality blind, fitted on time.
I used to trust Hillarys to make the quality blind, I sorted out the fitting.
Now I have less control over appointment times due to central diary booking, and the issue of quality----- well , just look at your DOR's, if they're anything like mine there is only one conclusion -------- it's all off down the pan!
