Just opened my order tracking report and all the 'outstanding' returns have disappeared! If I still had all those blinds in my possession I would need a warehouse not a garage.

The same with mine! Everything was cleared except the ones that still needs to be delivered and dor's that I need to send back! Thanx for whoever did it! It looks so much better to get a tracking report where the orders is longer than the dor's!

I am suddenly in a situation that I need to speak to my FSM urgently, but apparently there is someone else "helping out"! Is there anybody aware of this in the Berkshire area and the south west London area?

I am suddenly in a situation that I need to speak to my FSM urgently, but apparently there is someone else "helping out"! Is there anybody aware of this in the Berkshire area and the south west London area? What has that got to do with retuning blinds

The only thing in common is the vanishing of the old (FSM and blinds) and the return of the new (FSM and a tracking report without a list of return without credit)
