Is there such a thing as quality control in Hillarys these days. My experience today suggests not. I have fitted, correction, tried to fit a single order of
19 x 50mm wooden venetians and below I have listed the falts found.
1)One blind will not raise/lower.
2)Blind to butt up to previous blind is 2cm shorter
3) 5 pairs of 25mm brackets supplied instead of 50mm
4)8 wooden acorns missing off control cords
5)4 valances missing
6)Numerous velcro pads missing
All this off one order. Hardly the way to win return orders or reccomendations is it?
