can anyone on the forum please help me ;D
I seem to remember not so long age head office issuing a memo as regards service call payments. what i want to know is just what payments do we get?
a) standard calls out of guarantee B)calls that are for other advisor's but in guarantee c)calls that are for previous advisor's that are no longer with Hillary's that require complete blind change I.e more than 1 blind? D)service calls where blinds are repaired on site does this constitute 2 payments 1 for the call and 1 for the repair when spares are available on site
