Based on the fittings I did in the last week before Christmas I should have been getting £900- £1000 on 09/01/07. Instead I am getting £240. Where is the rest of it ?

No need for you to worry. Safe in Hillary's Bank A/C , where they are earning interest the hillarys way . Same for me Mr Brazil - got a quarter of what i should have done ! Don't forget this formula - Don't get MAD - Get EVEN.

Yes I too have only been paid a small part of the commission I was expecting, 170 pounds instead of 950 pounds all my fittings were completed with card payments they all authorised SO WHY THE DELAY, it says on SAM card payments = faster commision IS THIS A LIE, the money will be in there account for four weeks by the time I get it UNFAIR

Is there a H O contact who will pay me 'interest' on the difference over that 3 week period ? Please let me know who to contact . Don't say my FSM , as i don't know who that person is!

There's a saying
dont p-ss down my back and tell me its raining
It took me 3 months to get my commision that i was owed which totaled 2K after i came back from my holiday to £70 commision
As agents you are paid to do a job ie sell and fit blinds . You are not paid to keep chasing up your hard earned commision, chasing lost blinds and all the other crap .
If you dont like it do as i did and leave. Lifes to short to work for direspectful bunch of hitlers who couldnt run a p-ss up in a brewery . Trouble is ,once your standing in the Sh-t you cant smell it. it takes some one to point it out .A bit like B.O i suppose, you need life Bouy ;D

I did warn everyone about this just before Xmas!
Happens every year!
They are reluctant to reduce the very fat bank balance following the busy run up to the New Year!

Second week of the New Year and still jobs fitted before Christmas and paid by card still missing. When a company cannot pay it's sales staff things are looking grim

Same here I'm afraid.
Also, how long does it take to get paid on an IFC deal?

I also have payments missing for jobs that were done before xmas, just had commission statement all these were paid by card what is the problem, normally it takes a week to receive payment I have been impressed with SAM and how quick it has been, they must be delaying these payments on purpose what a shower

Hi Blinder I have found it takes about four weeks to receive payment from IFC, I have only used this twice this year and am not keen to use it, rather they paid by card, except for XMAS by the looks of it when the banks must be on a go slow (NOT REALLY HILLARY'S), the customers that had it received there conformation within the week so it was all set to go so why FOUR weeks to receive payment chase Dawn she is realy good at getting your payment

Second week of the New Year and still jobs fitted before Christmas and paid by card still missing. When a company cannot pay it's sales staff things are looking grim I noticed that the ones I was missing were fitted and paid on SAM whilst the computers were switched off for the SAP update. Spoke with Dawn today, these have been dealt with manually, and all mine are due for payment this week. Not suggesting this is acceptable, no one at h/o would wait because of a computer shutdown, but is this the same reason for your delays?

Mines been coming through fine. I find emailing Dawn is best, she sorts it within a few days and is one of the few at head office to be polite and reply to emails.
