Has no one else had this email? It come direct from Advisor Presley out of the blue last night. According to him he has history in I.T. and has come up with the idea of doing his admin work on his computer via a website he has created and offering it at a charge for others to use. He says it is his own doing and not Hillarys run or any kind of competition to this forum or Hillarys new website. The idea is we all have the same paperwork to do and he is trying to make it easier. Im not selling or supporting the idea just telling you as i have been sent the info via email. ??

Can you confirm that this site is run by hillarys I can confirm that the site is most certainly NOT run by Hillary's,its mine, its totally independent, and YES I am an adviser myself and yes I do have 25 years background in IT. Pleased to answer any questions, but most of them are already answered if you take a look at the site. It differs from this site in that it helps you manage the day to day admin overhead of your business, rather than being a place to come and have a chat or a moan. Currently the public site enables you to track hours worked and your mileage and fuel purchases, as well as producing a report that you can simply print out each month for your book keeping. There are some graphs as well which show you how you are doing month by month. I wasn't going to make it public on this forum yet, as I wanted to get a small group of advisor's to look at the site to see if it needed improving before releasing it, but as this thread started on here, I had no choice to make it public to you all. In time the site will build out to have additional functionality to enable you to track your commission payments aren't missed, DORs, a FIT diary, missing orders, delivery lists etc. Currently its free to use it, so please take a look and let me know what you think, if its useful for you, then hopefully once the additional functionality I am adding is in place, you will feel it is worth paying me a few quid a month to use it. Anyhow I look forward to any constructive feedback Thanks Richard

Red and others
Yes sorry there was a problem with the registration emails, I think this should now be fixed and all the ones I am aware of that had a problem, should by now have an email from me directly with the login passwords.
If you havent got this yet, you can either PM me, or use the 'Forgot password' feature on the site.
Sorry for the probls, but as I said I really wanted a small test before going public like this, but anyhow its done now, and it seem to be working (apart from that glitch)
Cheers
Richard

If you take my IT backiground into account, it shouldn't be too difficult to find my closet ID As you may have noted my site is not in any way competition to this site, it is complementary, and also there is link from my site to this one. PM me if its an issue Cheers Richard

I have had a look at the site and it seems it may have some merits for a lot of advisors. I myself use my own data base which I input all leads and sales at the end of the day. Takes me 10 mins. It gives me mileage charts, postal code charts for where I do my most sales. Monthly figures, yearly figures, and a whole load of other things. It is highly accurate and can give me any customer info in seconds. Strangely it never agrees with Hillary's figures but then I know it is accurate as I designed it and I put the info in. I know what i have done from one year to the next and monthly and even daily if I need to. So I may not have need for the site you are offering at present but I am sure a lot of advisor's will. What I would have liked to have seen is all calls on SAM sent to this site and automatically entered in as hours worked and total mileage so for instance your database would receive from head office info that I will be going out to 6 calls in area A of which I have assigned a mileage of 6 miles per lead and 3 calls to area B with a mileage of say 10 miles per lead, giving me a total of 66 miles on that particular day. No other details would be needed to be sent from H Office. A tall order I know but it could be done with cooperation from Hillary's. This would limit the amount of info needed to be input at the end of the day. Worth thinking about as I would definitely subscribe to something like that if it meant me not having to input data everyday and lets not forget, we are talking about data that can be manipulated to do what ever we need or want. Oh if only. ;D Red
