Why many months ago did i sign a form and return it to agree to Hillarys giving out my phone number to customers.
When today a customer of mine rings Hillarys with a very simple question. Nobody there would or could answer him, he then asked if he could have my number, which they refused reminding him of the "ACT". They then put him on hold so they could ring me so they could patch him through. RIDICULOUS!

muppets- they do like to make things important at the time and not follow up on it.

I seem to remember something like that in jan/feb when they though it important to have the agents views on everything and then just not bother doing anything about it

That was in January at the time of the Forums in Otley & Reading

They were told to make all the right noises as they thought they had a peasants revolt on their hands.
They , as we know, did precisely 5% of what they said they would, and where are we now.

Back again at almost another January I feel......
