Sam Help needed

Can anyone help with re loading Sam as the screws inside came loose and was stopping the back cover from staying on, so lost
power. Now re tightened with locktite

Are there any IT gurus out there

I cant wait till Monday morning, this is wishing a bit I know.

You should have a Solution Guide supplied with your SAM from Hillarys.
p.14 has Device rebuild.

You need to know what your last Order/Quote number was in order to complete it.
