Hi Guys, just a quick one (as the actress said etc!! ) Can anyone tell me how to get rid of all the returns on the foot of the tracker report? Mine are so far out of date its laughable but trying to get them taken off seems to be impossible . I know that one of you knowledgeable crowd will help, so thanks in advance. Cherokee.

Maybe this isn't the recommended way but this is what I did.. Son flogged the blinds at a car-boot sale after pinning measurements on front of each one. And 3 months later I gave the most recent returns sheet to a new delivery man, telling him to tell Washington to remove the lot I had put a line through from the system as they had been returned. Done that 3 times--3 times it has worked! It keeps the lock-up clear of crapp, and keps Colwick happy!! --and keeps the kids in pocket-money, trebles all round then?? Bear

email support with list of items that have already been returned and they'll be taken off.
Best to email it as you might have to resend 2 or 3 times till in happens.
