To all the staff. I am not trying to play devils advocate here but after a very low number of postings over the weekend are you concerned? I AM! Are you planning to make any changes? It could be purely coincidence but this comes after a really horrible week of unfriendly postings. Do you have any figures to show if people "loggin in" is up or down? Even if they never post. As i said before the longer we leave it the harder it will be to get back where it was. I write this because after initial comments on giving warnings e.t.c, nothing more has been said. Thanks in advance. I do not think it is anything to be concerned about Dolly. All it will take is Hillary's to do something and every one will flock to the forum. It may just be quiet because everyone is busy or simply got nothing to say at the moment. Yes, we did have a few up and downs last week but even the ones that say they will stop posting still keep looking in. We just can not help ourselves. Its an addiction Please remember though, we are not staff as such, just advisor's like you, that have taken it on our selves to try and keep order on here and it is a hard decision to remove any posting as we do not want to set ourselves up as judge and jury. We just hope people will use it in a responsible and diplomatic manner. Red

Hi to all of you!
Do anyone in the Berkshire area know of a fitter or someone looking for extra work, that can help me with my fittings? I am suddenly in that position that my fittings and my appointments are too much to handle by myself and I have the help of my Hubbie only on Saturdays? Please PM if you know of anyone.
C
PS: Still need a measuring stick, that is cheaper than HQ's.

C PS: Still need a measuring stick, that is cheaper than HQ's. You may find it hard to get a fitter mainly because as you are new and apparently busy the possibility arises that the trade generally has come from a established adviser and due to that they wont be too keen to help you .I take it that due to the fact your husband can only help on a sat you are part time if so it wont be cost effective to employ a fitter I take 5to7k a week and dont have one ,it may be you need to dedicate more time to fitting even on a Sunday until you find a level and the problem with finding a fitter at this stage is that next week you could be kicking your heels.I know your fsm has left so perhaps you should contact your replacement to ask their advice hope this helps.

Thanks in advance. Have to agree with red as its quite on the hillarys front theres not much too say but watch this space we have a new member who has an inside track on the company and I think they will start posting soon so be nice to them !. Dont forget we have lost many members to rival companies lately and most of them vocal ones personaly I would like to here from them now and again. Also most people distrust hillarys and are wary of expressing their views in public if more people used their real name I thing safety in numbers would apply and more would post I take it Dolly not your real name

Your absolute right russell but my concern is that from 500 members the number that still visit has dwindled because of the behavior of a few therefore unless we can encourage them back the result is "Hillary's would just love this forum to fold think about it how isolated would we all feel again without it." Hi Folks Blindsfitter here! I am posting this today following a liquid lunch with "Bear" after he showed me the postings which followed my rant about ROSSK and his doings this year. I stand by what I said, but its plain now that such postings by me ( and I'm not alone!) might have been given as an excuse for the lack of interest being shown in this site by many existing members. If that is the case I apologise. I thought, wrongly, it seems, that we were all against those who stole our monies by various means. I never intended to put the more sensitive members to one side, just because I vented my spleen against corporate theft on here. After chatting with the Bear, I have agreed to follow his lead and get my own back in a more subtle way, and in fact based on what he has shown me there are improvements I can make in this regard right away. Anything I can do then to rekindle interest in this site I will gladly do, and its pleasing to see that a couple of new members have joined up this week. If we count out those who have gone and left ( many because of corporate theft) then good luck to them, but now the chance of getting this site up and running again will be one in the eye for the Thieves in Suits to swallow. Anything that improves my lot and makes their lives less pleasant will have me up front with the rest of you. Sorry if I caused offence, but it was from the heart. Bear, You can take your foot off my neck now, I promise I'll be a good lad now! Blindsfitter
