And no i wont be verbally abusing him.

In an earlier posting by someone wh met him at their roadshow, he made it appear that he was interested in what it is like at advisor level.

So to all you guys who think those of us are always ranting on, i am prepared to let the man know just how it is.

just what is happenning to his company.

I have just spent 3 hours rectifying another advisors mess, which has stretched back to december last year, now the customer was o.k with me, ( he was a very well to do business man, a bit like Mr Risman, chairman of his own self made company)

I actually sat down and had some tea with him , and told him what has been going on with us since Mr Hillary retired.

without rambling on, he suggested confronting Mr Risman, as if he were in his position he would want to know what was going on.

So what the hell, i'll give it a shot, its got to the stage where i might as well give it straight to the horses mouth.

What can he do, if he thinks i am a stiring it then so what. I have decided there is more to life than bleating on for month after month about the same nuts, lets here his reaction, and then asses what to do thereafter.


In fact why dont we all do it !!!! ?

the agent who left recently in my area tried that, and got totaly ignored.............fair play to you tho. it might be worth a try.

Ignored emails was one of the reasons I cited in my "months notice" letter to Hillarys this week. Ignored emails to JR RK and others. It was not far behind " Clawbacks, 3 for 99, no leads, too many advisors in my area, PL insurance, increase in fines" . My FSM, bless him, had an explanation for all these points except the ignored emails, which he said he knew nothing about!

You do realise that by sending in a months notice letter you have effectively put a stop on your commission payments--if any--until at least a month after you leave. Less clawbacks and anyhting else they can dream up!!!!!!!
