35mm Kielder Beech

This is the wooden ven that we have had the most DOR's with due to the dreadful quality. Splinters, chips, etc.

I have now taken it out of my presenter.

Just wondered if it was just a coincidence with my orders, or is any one else having problems just with this wood type??

you mean every wood type !

I've had loads of problems with these now and it doesn't look like it's getting better.

The pain of it all is this - Hillarys know their is a problem and customer care have been told to log every call together with the problem, but we don't get told !!!

We have to find out by doing repeated trips to customers houses for shocking blinds.
