Having been exhorted by FSM's to leave the coming week completely free of fits so that they can cram us with sales appointments, how's it going for everybody ? Are your diaries filling out ? Have all the promised leads appeared ?
I have six diary appointments for Monday, then just one for the rest of the week, plus one self generated, so not much to shout about so far ! Also, having completed a lot of fits before schedule, it looks like I'll be taking most of Tuesday off, having a fairly quiet day on Wednesday then, following my delivery, should be able to fill Thursday and Friday with fitting.
Oh, well - I did my bit by making the sales slots available !

Left coming week total free for sales appointments, bookings so far = 4 Monday, 1 Tuesday  Promise of loads leads not materialized so far, if they had put any adverts in the paper last week it might have helped !!! (usually in at least one paper every week). Ah well I'm sure they will offer to pay for my wasted time ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D Been quiet for last few weeks with the leads received been very low quality either just starting to build/decorate or met with the only interested in your 50% off offers. |

Still very quiet in Hampshire. Can't remember last time I had a full weekend. Used to be I always got a full 15 leads for Saturday/Sunday, but not for sometime now. I've got 8 this weekend, which is actually a big improvement over recent weekends, then 3 Wednesday and 1 next Saturday. Like Mike, I've brought fits forward, and even though we've little work, blinds are being delivered too late.
Guess where from ............

i've 22 leads booked over next week, so far. got a few fits booked as well will probably get some dor's cleared up as well so should be busy.

Trouble is the CLG leads are producing very little income compared to my self generated leads. Most if not all the CLG leads are for 3 for 99 or very small orders around to the 100 pound mark. I have always found this though,dont know why. Does any one else find this is normal. Red |

But then with 5 advisors in this town whats to be expected. looking at the addresses they are all on scrotum street, so i might just manage 1k in sales. its been like this for 5 or 6 weeks now. cant carry on like this much longer. so get ready hillarys, i will have to be doing something different. But like you give a nuts. just like the service call you gave me last week where the customer has been left in the lurch since last december, even after sending in 3 other advisors to sort out the mess. Ive got the customers nasty nasty letter Mr Risman, after the verbal tongue lashing i recieved for almost 3/4 hr on thursday night, why should Mr risman not know whats going on. yet another customer now slagging hillarys off to all his mates. well I think I'll be taking the rest of my time out this wed.thurs,fri to do some work on the house.
seems more productive than driving around doing cleanup for hillarys agents who have either packed up been fired or just can't be bothered !
I was busy every day last week, but the time wasn't spent much on sales or fits. Just the donkey work, so I must be a soft touch as support always call me to sort things out in the areas around me !
It takes ages for any kind of payment so this week I'll be re-flooring the kitchen and sorting out the insulation in my loft !
Doesn't pay much, but then service calls don't pay the bills either !

SUPER SALES WEEK - Its a joke , i have just 4 appointments booked into 18 available ! In fact forward booking is WORSE than the usual i have been getting in the last few weeks. Its just not worth it anymore ! I am currently ' looking into ' more lucrative work ! Last weeks sales just topped £1495 , so its hardly paying the expenses , let alone feeding the family . I am SO DISSAPOINTED with Hillary's , The whole business as become stagnant ! The 'team' do not care about the 'advisors' one little bit . Like Motters , i think jobs at home will be done next week instead - shed roof needs re-felting! Bye bye! |

But I am getting much less. Last week availiable for 47 appointments and only got 4. The week before 60 for NONE. Next week 60 availiable and as of Sunday 12pm NONE booked. Where have all the leads gone. I can't carry on like this Last two weeks commission £240 and £161. I would get more by signing on as at least that would pay my mortgage. In all my years I have never seen it so bad. I used to earn £40k - £50k a year with Hillary's this year my stepson aged 20 will earn more than me gardening. Time for a change me thinks.

Ditto Ricko, I am in the same boat as you and so are a lot of other advisor's. Blame Hillary's and their need to know everything by bringing in CLG. The customers were quite happy having direct contact with knowledgeable advisor's but now it is just automated menus and customer number driven. They have deserted us and I personally feel that if Hillary's continue down this road it will get much worse. There is no point them telling us it is a bad climate as I know a few lads working for blinds companies that are over 2 weeks booked up and are laughing at us. It is the same in all domestic servicing areas like painters, decorators , plumbers and so on. They are all booked up in advance, only we are quiet. Just like you, I can not continue on the money I am earning and if things dont pick up soon I will be better off on the dole and get rid of all my overheads like SAM, telephone, fax, accountant, and second car. Not something I want to do but something I saw coming the minute diary booking came in 4 years ago. Red |

Yep Only Two leads for me next week work has been very poor for some time most of my leads are 3 for 99 wont sell anymore as I am not making any money
