Anyone want to hazard a guess at what this diary note is meant to be telling me ?
"as very very as poss 4 appt?"
guess I shouldn't complain, at least there is a note for a change, rather than it being missing, when the customer has said call beforehand as they're at work and will pop back home when they know what time I will arrive . . .
Bet the customers name is DOHERTY and not OHERTY as its listed in the diary . . .

That Mrs Oherty wants you to go at very very O'Clock or as near as (4) for the appt . Ummmm, yes now I see what you mean. They have a word jumbling machine that they put all messages in to and out the other end pops a Gigo message. This goes on to your Sam and then its just a case of work it out from the clues. Easy peasey. ;D. I had one once for a Mrs Eieieieieieiei, strangely enough the house did not even exist. What made it worse was that she rang in to complain I had not shown up and they booked her in again with the same details. Marvelous. Red

Even the phone number was wrong. They did insist that it was the correct spelling of her surname though. Oh Yes, and I am Belgian Royalty just over here on work experience. Lets face it though, their is an awful lot to learn to do CLG, like eeeeerrrr, ummmmm spelling, and urrrr typing and ummmm, let me think, errrrr, oh yes, tapping keyboards and talking. All very hard when trying to do all four at once.

I had a customer request an appointment after 10am call as they are retired, CLG special instructions asked me to be there as early as poss., so I arrived at 8.45 on my way home after the school run. Needless to say one more unhappy customer.
