area meetings

heard from my fsm that the next meetings are',t going to be local they are going to bring more area's together ,meet the management ;D bringing more advisors together.should be fun watch out for the fireworks ;D

My experience of all past meetings has always been that it is solely for what they want to tell/show us. If you raise another subject/ problem its always ring me tomorrow will you. Mind you with all the problems since the last meeting it would take longer than England to win a penalty shoot-out!
I feel they are given more spin then us. They cant answer half the questions. I have took a new advisor under my wing(my choice) he rings FSM for advice on something and he doesnt know so he rings me instead. Good mates now as a bonus. AAHH!
Saying that i think the FSM's now have had their job description altered that much they dont have anymore of a voice than we do. Less if you include this forum.It is all targets of lead times, AOV, availability etc. Probably why we keep losing a few and why they get moved on every few months.
