Forced availabilty

I thought you might like to see the reply I got when I emailed requesting that no extra slots were allocated to me....

Hi agt Redhill,

Please can you let your area manager know about the below rather than contacting us as we can't do anything without his say so first, plus at the moment we are asking advisors to ring us back on Friday after it's been done because we can't keep track of who to change once it's been done on Friday. Nearly every advisor has rang in asking us to change it back when we can't do change it until Friday, it's easier all round if advisors ring us in case we don't manage to get one done for whatever reason. I shouldn't see it being a problem with your area manager if you don't want to take extra appts but we do need his say so.

Thats a brilliant piece of work.

By the time we all phone in to have the forced availability reversed, it will be past 4pm on the Friday and Diary will be closed until Monday. That gives Hillarys all w/e to fill up the availability, and we can't do nowt bout it.

Maybe we should all phone out FSMs on Friday am, and p155 them all off as well.

i can,t see why you are all getting so upset about forced availability if you can,t do it or don,t want to it use sam were it says outcome for sales use dropdown which says rebook-advisor not avavailable afterall you will only be attending crap 3 for 99 leads
