I have just had an email from Dawn to say she has just come back from a 2 week break to find 400 emails needing a response! (She had time off because of a family illness) I can't believe no-one does her job when she's away.... but anyway...that's not her fault...so be nice to her if you've been waiting for a reply and not had one!  |

(She had time off because of a family illness) I can't believe no-one does her job when she's away.... but anyway...that's not her fault...so be nice to her if you've been waiting for a reply and not had one! maybe this is why the commision statements are no longer by email?Dawn maybe the only one who can press the right button ;D as for the forum as it only been a year? its not been a too bad a year,some good things, some bloody down right stupid things which we have let hillarys impose on us.hopefully we will learn by our mistakes.our biggest being complacency and letting so few be our voice. At the moment we have 515 members, but only a small section post (me being one that does) perhaps not always in line with everyone else but at least I post and have my say. this second year I feel we should start off with a poll or a series of polls highlighting what we really think /feel about the developments/non developments that came out of the meetings last year,but with a hope that more than the usual 100 or so polling what we should be having is 100% polling. this is only my view but I think this last few months or so have done us harm. with all the messing around. if we want to be taken serious then now is the time to start.In this second year we have to go for it other wise it will be a waste of all the time and effort that others have put in on our behalf. If we don't support them we will be back on our own all alone in the crap world of being a lone advisor with only a fsm(some are good but a lot are not so good) and a every ringing/non answering service support phone to work with  . so I would like to thank all the people who set up this site in the first place also the members who went to the meetings both north and south who gave up valuable time for us all. I would also like to thank the members of h/o staff who we have had contact with over the last year who have done their jobs well (and there are some). last but not least I would like to thank my wife who for the past year who as put up with me every day logging onto this site and boring her with what is happening(she also is not a lover of hillarys management). here's to the next 12 months. now then just run it past me again "how do I get a bonus" ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D |
