OK, I know this has been tried before, and failed, buts lets try - FOR TONIGHT ONLY - NOT TO BE EXTENDED - DEFINITELY MUST END BY MIDNIGHT TONIGHT - to think of some positive points. Like, ....... Delta 7 headrails and their split balls seem to have settled down now. I'm even volunteering split bunches again to customers. Wood venetians seem OK now. Last 20+ I've fitted have had no comebacks. Still getting "bad period" wood venetians service calls, but now getting paid for DORing them within guarantee Hillarys very own Sheriff of Nottingham (he who robs from the poor advisor and gives to the rich shareholder) has left - OK, MAYBE THAT'S TOO MUCH TO EXPECT ;D ;D ;D ;D Business has picked up, I've gone from £2k for the 1st week of this month to £14k this week. Talking to the van driver, it's pretty wide spread as he struggled to get it all in the van today. I've got everything I should have on this weeks delivery - 1st for 6-8 weeks. SAM update is great. Follow up on my saga last week about rollers left out in the back of my house which got drenched in thunder shower..
All replacements arrived on todays load---delivered by usual driver---
so far so good....
THen I get to see the invoice 15% discount allowed to customer so she gets her conservatory reverse rolled blinds for
£616.00 as opposed to the £725.00 I sold them for.!!??
I have rung up and asked what about my commission on the £725--and am told it will only be paid on the received money hopefully £616.00.....
I have left message for FSM to ask what I should do to get my money...and have been told
" We only have your word that they were left outside"
Consider yourself lucky you dont get 12 times a DOR !!!
In which case folks I will leave Hillarys......
Your Management are a bunch of Commission thieves, who care not for us agents who were hired by Tony Hillarys upwardsof 9 years ago.
I no longer wish to be a cash-machine for Hillarys...
I am going to join full-time a competitor for whom I have been
helping another agent on a part-time basis ASAP...
Cheers folks and Good bye I will leave a final good bye when I take my final paycheque, and NO, I wont be giving any notice to the bastards...

I am totally gobsmacked by this remark - clearly your FSM has no man management skills, no respect for your integrity or years of service, no understanding of tact or diplomacy, and no loyalty to his / her advisors.

Dodgybracket Well heres the follow-up to the follow-up.... Went and fitted the 12 replacement rollers this morning, already knowing that a 15% discount had been given by Colwick so my pay for the job was reduced from £106.43 to £89.54. I fit the job, drink the coffee, and near the end he brings in my cheque for £525.00 ( £200.00 less than the order at £725.00, and £91.00 less than the figure I was told was the agreed reduced dicounted price given by Colwick. Wrong, says I It should be £616.00 I showed the replacement invoice. No said he " When we thought about it that wasn't enough discount and we have suffered because of your (pointing at me !) delays in fitting the job and extra 9 days of hot summer when we should have blinds we ordered and were promised a date." Well I said " I have been told to collect £616.00" "Ring your office and check- we told them what we wanted and we got it--Its your problem if they havent told you---Youl'll get paid for fitting it, wont you--what do you care? So I told him I had been docked as I was on a percentage" " "Tough s**t" he replies So I ring the Muppet Show in Colwick and no one will confirm who gave the discount but they agreed it had been given--so I am to get docked anoher £26.16 for something outside my control.. Sorry thats the end of it....I have had enough As I have said before we are being used as cash-machines by Hillarys.. You have to know that my eyes watered with sheer frustration at this, when I got back to me van. It just isn't fair , just or reasonable.. I do not need this money to be stolen from me--I did not do 25% less work... All our Agent Forums, and meetings allegedly held with Management promising remedies are a total load of bullshite.. We have no input into this company, its all take take take... I am definitely leaving and can bring it forward to next Friday as I only have £400.00 to come next week and the balance will be in on ethe Monday after I go. I second this dodgy you/we don't deserve this crap its about time the ar*eholes at head office were made to sit up and smell the coffee. its about time we got off our hands and hit back because who will be next ,and there will be a next time you can rely on it, may be me or any of the 800+ of us.there maybe more of us than them. Do we sit back and let them,surely as a collective body we can send a proper message not another forum/meeting but a real message one that will f*cking hurt them were it hurts. |

hey great news hot off the press 3 for 99s on till xmas i love it it gets me loads of sales also theyve made the sample bag much bigger with wheels so we can fit more books in it :)and coming next month we can promise a next day sales visit or they get 25% off their order so i think things are looking up  |
