Take the order.
I did one, filled out credit agreement, but not authorized it yet.
Sillarys are renewing license, so its just a question of time.
I,ve had customers in the past who decided they wanted interest free credit later, and I've filled the form in at time of fit, no problem. It does delay commission though.
I will not lose an order or be inconvenienced over Sillarys incompetence.

I agree!
Take the order & fill out the form even now. Send the form in later with the invoice if you need to.
Personally this is what I've already started to do because of the amount of paperwork that is lost at Hillarys between sending in the order & getting the invoice.
Always STAPLE the paperwork together several times & write in large print in red ink that the paperwork is attached!!!
Remember! That it is not that the license to offer finance has been withdrawn but a case of re-applying due to yet another administration error from the 'incompetent der-brains' at H/O.

Only one problem with taking order and filling out MBNA agreement then sending in later...........what happens if customer is refused credit? Still waiting for a reply from bear or others "we" he refers to in posting below! We experience Hillarys and have ways of findings things out that you cannot!!
( You could if you thought "sideways" though)
Nuff said

Well everyone. I am off on my holls in the early hours. 2 weeks on the med on a luxury all inclusive cruise. Not payed for out of Hillary's income I might add. I hope everything has got better when I return home and this 3 for 99p offer has been withdrawn. The last thing I want when I come home is more of those vest wearing, beer swilling type customers waving a leaflet in one hand and a giro in the other and the pet Alsatian bonking the 3 year old little boy in the corner (yes, I have been there). Maybe the commission rate will have gone up to 20%. Still short of a reasonable income but hey. I may also win the lottery 3 times in a row, probably better odds than loosing the 3 for 99p offer. So to you all, Bon voyage for two, totally Hillary's free weeks. I know I will pay the price on my return but thats in 2 weeks time and I will face it when I get there.. Red
