fsm meetings

has anyone had a meeting yet with their fsm is so how did it go?
I've got one coming up with my tw*t,he is my 8th or 9th fsm so far and thinks he's the bees knees when in fact his head is up the sphincter on the horse's behind ;D if you are ever at head office or have the misfortune to have the same fsm just take a look at his neck if there is a brown ring or dirty collar he's the man
needless to say I'm not looking foreward to him coming.the smell of shi*e lingers

But my FSM DOES NOT KNOW MY NAME__DEFINITE__ so how will they ask me to a meeting.?

I have NEVER had an FSM at my House, I've only ever seen them at quarterly meetings --where I never speak--as I dare not open my mouth--because that would be the end of my leads!!!

They have NEVER asked to meet me separately at a hotel or pub or whereever---I must be bloody invisible---I bet the override they pocket on my sales is worth noticing though.

How could you call yourself a manager and NNEVER speak to an Adviser who does on average £12/14k per month?

Who is Ross Kelly??? Is it male /female/half&half??

What has it done to promote my business other than try to shaft me whichever way up with the offers and the sly way they have of shoving their costs onto me--and then laying traps to shaft me if there is a mis-type on SAM??

This is why I now give notice to Hillarys that I am leaving the Company in August. I have run down my stock. I will have a clear-out as Bear advised months ago--get my dosh in --take 2 weeks spurious holidays to stop the leads and start straight away with another blind company who came looking for me( stating they heard Hillarys had stuffed their salesforce!!).

There is not need for me to give Hillarys notice officially, as I do not have a valid contract--Technically I am an Albany Agent and I never got a Hillary Contract when they moved me over...

So b***ocks to them tring to pull the restraint of trade trick.
Clients buy from me, and not from Hillarys--and thats the end of it.

I am fed up being a Cashpoint for Hillarys sole Benefit.

Like "NoNails" ( mad as he seems--hope he hasnt my address) he ain't that stupid and at one point he decided " **k it--I'm off! and he did.
Hang on Nonails I' coming too , mate, last bugger-out leave the light and heating on, please, it would be a sin to leave Hillarys with a small bill!!!!!
