less calls for you then did he tell you he was interveiwing? Yes. We had an email telling us he was recruiting in our area. So nothing underhand going on. But, yes, less calls for us.

So you got an email telling you in real terms that you would be getting a reduction in your leads as they wanted someone else to sell in your area as well.
They are just great, aren't they. How to motivate someone or what!

they don't know how to motivate just de-motivate as usual.
are you in agreement that your area needs more advisors, did he at least ask for your opinion or has he just gone ahead regardless of how you feel?

My fsm never mentions that he is getting new agents. First l know about it is from the driver. l can not think of a single thing that my fsm has done for me......except
lie to me, victimise me, steal from me, not return my calls, e-mails.
Just a waste of space really.
l'm sure he looks on this site, so thingy, lf you are reading this you will know how highly we think of you. NOT

Don't know if we need anyone....I suppose we must do if they have advertised for someone. I wasn't asked my opinion, but because I won't do evenings and week-ends, I can't really say much.

Strange that! I havent posted for weeks and just came on for a nosey having seen an ad offering £3,000 per month fitting Hillarys Blinds in my area!
I am going to apply, because I am scratting about flogging shite offers to shite people living in shite houses at 3 for £99 and lucky to get £1400 per month for my trouble.
That Company offering £3000 must really know what its doing because the shower of snivelling thieving gentlefolk who try to ripme off at every stage need kicking into touch ASAP
I was originally an Albany Agent anf when that folded they kept supplying me, and I never got a new contract telling me who I woirked for, so I guess these Hillarys folk must really be a good deal!
I'll let you know next week--anything to get away from these Albany folk who folded, and then kept going --sytarnge one that, must be some kind of tax-fiddle.
Hillarys would never do that!!!

Red I wasnt on anywhere near £36k/year before diary booking, went on couple years back and according to my accountant, my PROFIT for the last 13 months was £43k. Not what you want to hear, though, it is Don't do roofs, don't do 3/99, don't do shutters
