I can understand where he is coming from. I have more orders this week that have either not come or are only half here and some of them have been waiting 3 weeks now and still not here. The list includes curved verticals, Roman blinds and 25 mm venetians.All for fairly big orders. The phone bit is standard now as we all know 15 mins on the phone is not unusual and is actually quite short when compared to a lady I know who spent 2 days re ringing and re ringing. Red |
