whats going on with this shower my last customer just inspected the headrail i had fitted with a micrometer and informed me it was .000008% less aluminium less than the rail i fitted last year .they also put the louvre material under a electron microscope and found the quality of polyester was .000041% lower than the one i fitted 3 years ago what a bloody shower you work for lad they said eee by gum

Whilst both of these are within normal manufacturing tolerances, I would suggest your customer, who probably smokes a pipe, has a bushy beard, and shaking hands, couldn't actually measure that accurately, with or without a micrometer. Even a vernier micrometer wouldn't be that accurate, especially with shaky hands and beard bristles getting in the way.

However, all of this is irrelevant, as you should point out that taking inflation in to account, he's actually getting 0.010132% more for his money in real terms. And he should stuff his erecton microscope up his old shag
