Seen one being fitted by Swift Blinds in Sheffield. it was the venetian version. Id quoted £57 for 25mm white ven, the customer went for the perfect fit option from swift at £145 + £35 fitting. The pleated would have been over £200 + fitting. Id fitted symphony Pearl verts in the conservatory for £800 & once the customer had seen the perfect fit one on the kitchen door they said they would have paid the extra to have the perfect fit option. Ive missed out on about 7 jobs these past 3 months because we dont do these blinds

Ive heard Uk Blinds are doing them now & are introducing a shaped roof version in the next few weeks. Take note specialist products, Hillarys are being left behind!

Left behind, I say left behind, i have thought this for ages, take a look at what we offer compared to local competitors. What do you expect from people who are only interested in the bottom line showing a huge profit. Wheres my bonus for last month, oh nuts i didnt sell 60 grands worth of blinds did i. So i am not doing me job right am i. Absolutely no incentive to do this job with vigour and passion now is there? Thats a point does anyone sell 60 grand a month ?

You do not have to sell that much a month to get your bonus. l sell a lot less than that, and l mean a lot less, and l still get my bonus.

with 'L' shaped spring clips that fit between the the glass and the rubber gasket. Optimal bead size I believe is between 20 and 24 mm.

too late bonuses stopped being issued to new advisors some years ago so if youre not on one forget it as to the few of us still on it they move the goalposts almost every month making it harder all of the time anyone who has not had a bonus for 3 months or more will never get one again as you are taken off bonus after 3 missed months but NEVER TOLD i was warned by a very good fsm and so forwarned is forarmed but i see the end of bonuses soon theyve screwed us on everything else to this i will say when my bonus gos i go as it makes going elsewhere less attractive
