I seem to be having quite a number of faxed orders go astray of late. Am I on my own or is this also a phenomenom of SAM too. If like me you are not yet on SAM & fax orders please post on here with aprox no of times you have had to refax orders lately. Or been requested to refax as original is not clear, despite your original being perfectly clear.
