My usual bill from vodafone is very small £3-£4 in data usage. One month was over £30 I rang in to ask why it was so high. I got the usual line "You must have used it so you must pay for it 
" However I stood firm and argued my case. Today received a refund I WON ;D ;D
Anyone had the same problem?
