Just found out that a customer who complained she wanted a discount because of late fitting (she had been on holiday!)wouldn't pay until I'd found out for her.She was given the discount and my commission was docked accordingly.She still has not paid and so neither have I. So my earnings for a £300+ job are now minus almost six quid (there's a joke in there somewhere)
