I called them the other day to convert an order myself. here's the joke I said in a scottish accent to convert the order in WARWICK CREAM. to my shock they sent the order in WICKER CREAM and the best part is that they say its my fault and I will get charged for a mismeasure....
there is a huge difference in price for starters. how could I charge the customer £500 for 7 wicker blinds when they are 3 for £99.
They are all a bunch of idiots..
so they think if they they charge me them im off....
