How many of you advisor's who are taking the view to go part time have gone to your fsm or rsm before taking the plunge It seems a shame to be forced into making a decision of this type but there is definitely a move to wards creating a two tier system IE specialists and non specialists and i must presume the majority of people leaving or going part time would fall into the latter. Personally i have divided views I'm having a good year and have specialist status but am aware it could go in the click of a button so feel quite vulnerable in that respect but i have a large loyal customer base and receive many self generated leads which if needed would I'm sure help me set up on my own should and hopefully not the matter arise . As to 3 for 99 I'm lucky it was try ed and failed most of my customers (few asked) that saw it turned their nose up at it but it must be a nightmare for those of you in those areas still running it i really do think it has devalued our brand beyond repair .

I think this should probably read "the day of the advisor is NIGH". and then there will be something about renewing our contracts as 'Franchise's'. That way they will be able to charge us fees even if we don't convert their sh***y 3 for 99 leads to orders.
