Todays service call booked by hillarys was not even a hillarys blind. Luckily i was in the area so only wasted a few minutes. Got a mouthful off the customer because of the promises given to him on the phone. Like i have recently read here before, a phone call in advance is well worth the bother. Ps with the freaky weather this week a tornado was pictured in our local paper, pity it didnt hit the venetian dept, might have rustled up some of your missing orders.

I think you should invoice Hillarys for this service call..... you attended...so you should get paid!
