Is it just me or has the number of DORs sky rocketed, I have been in this job just 3 months and never needed a 'Returned Goods' label, but in the last two weeks I have used a stack of them, controls on the wrong side, trailing louvres and the whole blind pack moving as one along the rail, leading carriers fitted with a plastic link causing the blind to not open properly as the lead carrier approached the end of the headrail ( actually these I snipped off rather than DOR) cord clip not attached to leading carrier, couldnt reattach it, it was too fiddly (new system 7) old one was physically part of the lead carrier, now it just clips in. I noticed the DOR numbers in a week have a difference of over 1,000 so I assume 1,000 DORs have been raised, if they are making 20,000 blind as a week, then thats a 5% DOR rate, that is exceptionally high for a manufacuring business. Anyone else experiencing this ?

After all its only me !!! seriously it will not change, its been the same for me for bloody years. Anything up to 30 -40 a month.... |
