I to have had the odd occasion of 5 bookings going into a 3 hour slot. Thing is though, I find it difficult enough to do four, so five has no chance. When this happened last time around 2 weeks ago I just could not get to the 5th one so just put adviser not available. I know its not good from a customer point of view but with costs being as high as they are now, I am not prepared to spend 1 pound odd ringing the customer and trying to rebook them and another 15 Min's on the phone. That is diary bookings job. Besides that, have you ever tried to ring a customer on Sam and move the appointment whilst Sam is in your ear ole. Something they never thought of when they designed it, and no I do not have hands free, cant afford it on my income. Red |

I've just noticed on SAM that my appointments are booked in using three slots per appointment instead of the usual four. Is this a sneaky way of changing my diary without my knowledge or agreement. Is it the "Hillarys Way" ?  YES! Bear |

Most of you are probably like myself and another local agent with over 20 miles from one side of the area to the other. There is no way that you can cover 5 visits in a 3 hour period. What happens to the proper Hillarys presentation. and of course the speed limits. What is now expected for a conservatory call, customers are not even getting the DVDs that we were told would be sent out in advance if the appointmets was 3 days or more after the appointment request.
As I pointed out to Diaty maint,4 x 15 x 4 does not go into 3 hours so 5 has absolutly no chance.
What will be the HILLARYS WAY this time next week. Clean answers only please.

More advisors that we are complaining about.I would suggest you keep track of whats going on to sam and ring the customer and re-arrange if you cant make it. Being devils advocate we cant complain about more leads and then complain when they are taking on more advisors. I take any leads given and if i have to arrange things to suit.

It's not always a case of moaning about too many leads ... it's just the principle of it all ... just another of Hillarys make it up as we go along, move the goal posts when we want to & screw the Advisors along the way!
Hillarys make rules or guidelines which we have to stick to. Either they stick to them too or forget it!

Red if you press and hold the green button for the phone it goes onto speakerphone and you can chat to customer whilst you are looking in your diary.
