Can i suggest we ALL DOWN Tools on May 8th to show our objections to Hillarys ?
If matters are corrected before then we can think again.
They need a lesson to be taught to them !

Not sure a strike is the best thing for us ! But how about 'guess a price week' ? Simply give SAM a week off. Take orders by paper, and GUESS the price - Get customer involved - they'll love it too. Swamp order processing with paper orders - Some where , some how , they,ll guess too - SOMETHINGS WRONG! Can i suggest we ALL DOWN Tools on May 8th to show our objections to Hillarys ? If matters are corrected before then we can think again. They need a lesson to be taught to them !

the problem with guess a price etc is it wont work as ultimatly it gives the firm a unprofessional look to the customer losing us orders and thus hitting us in the pocket not to mention legal implications. just keep posting speak to your fsm and email john risman and rossk its good to talk

I don't think it's a case of striking..... I just think it would be very unwise to enter a customers house on, or after, the 8th May until the insurance thing is explained..or better still left as it was. Is the excess to be £20 or £1000? I do not intend to risk being the advisor who becomes the first to test the new system. One of us 800 will break something in the first week...it's just a matter of who? I HAVE heard from my FSM today in response to my emails about "The Letter", but as he pointed out, some FSM's have up to 120 advisors on their books and cannot physically contact them all in one day! Our concerns are being noted though.

Exactly Russell!...... If SAM Is 'broken' , wat else would you do? Mine is 'broken' from 8th may ! (do they bounce?) So....your point is...... ? the problem with guess a price etc is it wont work as ultimatly it gives the firm a unprofessional look to the customer losing us orders and thus hitting us in the pocket not to mention legal implications. just keep posting speak to your fsm and email john risman and rossk its good to talk

Exactly Russell!...... If SAM Is 'broken' , wat else would you do? Mine is 'broken' from 8th may ! (do they bounce?) So....your point is...... ? well for a start aries if you break sam its £60 to repair i know your joking re bounce ;)and as theres 300plus advisors out there not on this forum if you down tools on may the 8th they will clean up and thank you for it any form of action needs a mass approval theres been suggestions of no deposits, witholding payments, days off, sending emails on mass etc but i tell you only a handful of people WALK THE WALK most hide behind their user names and shout their jingoistic chants but work on. i say give them a week to clarify and then put it to a vote what to do but only allowing up front advisors using their real name to vote for a course of action .....but i think h/o will get back to us soon
