Yo there - If i were to include a single louvre at no charge it would still show as another 'line' on the invoice ! If this were included on another persons order , either that customer or 'kin Hillary's would think i am Fiddling.

From Hillarys point of view, it's cheaper do include it in another order than raise a separate one. Every order has a fixed cost in processing, packing, raising invoices etc. In my old company, we used reckon on £45/order, so doing it my way actually saves Hillarys money.
But explain to customer what you're doing
