No, I had this when neome was first released. They mixed up the rolls of fabrics, and it can only be seen when held up to the light. I did a very large conservatory in it, some came in cream, some in linen. Amazingly even single blinds had some of each. It took 3 attempts to get it right, at which point Hillarys had discovered the problem and isolated all stock. Haven't any problems since. As for ordering 1 louvre, why didn't you just include it with another order at zero value? Yo there - If i were to include a single louvre at no charge it would still show as another 'line' on the invoice ! If this were included on another persons order , either that customer or 'kin Hillary's would think i am Fiddling. you know i am straight as a Die! From Hillarys point of view, it's cheaper do include it in another order than raise a separate one. Every order has a fixed cost in processing, packing, raising invoices etc. In my old company, we used reckon on £45/order, so doing it my way actually saves Hillarys money. But explain to customer what you're doing
