Checking my own tracking sheets over the weekend, noticed one particular customers blinds weren't here. Told partner to chase them up, to see where they were.

Finally got through to relevant department just after lunch !!!!!

OOOOH suprise suprise, the order is still sat on his/her desk, nothing been done with it.

You know what this means now, late delivery, discount.!!

this is the bloody thanks you get for bending over backwards to go out 3 times to convert the order from a quote at 9pm at night, and to fill out the interest free forms.

MR Risman, Ross Kenney And Louisa, if you read this, this is just another example of incompetence that is costing this company big time..

The person who is responsible wants to ............i'll calm down............................................

But come on things were supossed to be improving, as of yet its still getting worse.....................

if you dont take it seriously WHY SHOULD I.

Finance department get ready, here is warning of another order you can leave in your in tray for three weeks.
