WARNING TO YOU ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!1  If like me you were expecting curved rails on this weeks van run be warned. Mine wont be finished till Friday at best. Delivery was today. They have been waiting for some parts to arrive.  |

I've had a 12 week wait for mine after DOR was made with the same mistake as the original.
Received it today.
Same reason ... missing parts.

Have any of you noticed also, the amount of out of stock items that are on your non availibility report. There seems to be more than ever at the moment.

I think this may be a cash-flow problem.
The company are making cut-backs where possible & keeping stock to a minimum.
The general approach seems to be a 'just in time' method which of course Sillarys will get VERY wrong & 'thingy it up'!!!!!
It appears to me that they are trying the sort of cut-backs that you see with Engineering companies.
The problem with this is that they should be concentrating on getting a quality product & service back rather than diverting their attention on pointless exercises!!!
However, perhaps this is all being done prior to another sell-out!!!
Problem with this is that I don't think they'll have much to offer for sale considering whats been happening to the company, quality, products & service.

I'm waiting for one too.
Will have to hold off ordering them ( or at least giving a fit date ) until they have cleared it up.
Why don't they tell us tho !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
