Service center has a free call number 0800 328 0234
New advisor here been doing it for just three weeks, already seeing it is less than perfect, but enjoying the job and learning new ways to deal with the issues!.
So I read the tech manual as requested and have been calling the service center more than a few times for service call follow ups (especially as I am taking over from an agent who was abruptly terminated) calls have been at my cost on the 0845 number given in the training manual.
But wait, a few weeks ago I was on the SAM course, didnt get my SAM, as Vodaphone have not processed my details (strange I have a good mate in the phone business and he can get me an identical phone on vodaphone in two days !!)
Anyhow I read the manual, and discovered an 0800 (FREE) number for ICT support.
I called it and guess what it goes through to the same central advisor call center as the 0845 (local rate number)
Its 0800 328 0234
Enjoy while it lasts
Also noted that there is a FREEPOST address for those of you affixing stamps to those reports orders etc.

I think most of us knew about the freephone number but not the free post address. Not sure if we can use this though as our post goes to Treasury department. Has any one else used this free post address with no problems? Red

We should all have the 0800 number anyway.
The Freepost address should be used with caution as I've seen postings on here that Hillarys will bill you for the use of this. It would be nice if this could be used however!!!!
The envelopes that do get sent out appear to all be addressed to the Treasury Dept. May I suggest that you simply run a black marker through that bit & write on the Department you want above the Hillarys Blinds part of the address.
e.g. I still address all my invoices to 'Sales Ledger Dept' & deposits etc to 'Order Processing Dept'.
Did you also know there is a Freefone Fax number too for orders?? 0800 328 0380

If you ring the 0115 number from your SAM phone, it's only around 3p/minute. I was surprised at last team meeting how many people didn't know that any registered Hillarys or SAM numbers are this rate from your own SAM phone.
