I can see a copy of this in my (MIS)-Information Handbook, but I where is the pad then? Do we still use these? Are they still available? What do you more experienced guys know about this.
I think Hillarys should keep its training info up to date. Unless its due for renewal soon. No wonder its given to you at the end of the foundation course. Still not to complain it still is a help with some aspects at this stage in the game, although with some may cause confusion on some aspects aswell.

All these documents are available from the samples dept, call support or e-mail samples@hillarys.co.uk directly.
I saw this for the first time at the last conservatory season refresher course, I have never used it. I normally use A4 pads of paper, writing down all measurements, problems areas, I even sketch the window and handle locations as I go around the windows, so when I sit down with the customer, who hopefuly by now has chosen her colours, I can recommend control sides etc.
But they do give a more professional image back to the customer. Maybe I should get them and try them myself?
