What is happening to the 14 day delivery promise? I have found an increase in the number of blinds missing the fit dates due to the delivery promise not being kept. What is the point of having the SAM device calculating a date that won't be met. I even take into account the next available delivery after that ... but still can't get blinds delivered on time. We are now told to allow for 3 weeks for wooden venetians which are in fact taking upto 5 weeks. It will not surprise me that Management aren't even aware of this but my account will show a 30+ day debt on outstanding orders. My 'Self Management Report' ( which is rubbish at the best of times! ) will show a poor 'order to fit' time due to these errors that are beyond my control. Anyone getting the same problem? ??

Lost sales time this week as 2 orders with a total of 14 wooden vens didn't arrive. Seems mainly to be wooden venetians
On my tracking report it shows 11 verticals made within 2 days of order, interesting when sam receipt says alterations and cancellation can be done up to 48hrs from date of receipt.

There was a time when someone from Hillarys would ring you & the customer if a date couldn't be met! Whatever happened to our 'Huggers'Now we have to guess that the 'Weekly Tracker' is correct .... which of course it isn't!!!!!

Tracking report had all those wooden vens for delivery but they were not.
Support did ring me in the afternoon after my delivery in the morning, so I did get a hug but tooooooo late
