Just returned from a Team Meeting with Tony Boyd (FSM) and agents from Oxfordshire. Best meeting we have attended. We were a little apprehensive at first about this site but it has proved to be a positive influence in getting Hillary's management to listen to agents (sorry advisors!) which is very refreshing and motivating as we seem to have a voice at last.
There have been many changes recently and all staff including advisors have had to be prepared to embrace new technology and ideas. We have already received feedback from Hillarys (via Tony Boyd) in response to the recent forum meeting held in Reading. We look forward to closer communication between not only advisors and Hillarys staff but also inter-departmental communication which will be a boon to advisors. Well done to whoever started this ball rolling and thanks to Hillarys for the prompt feedback.

Well intentioned , Jimmy, but some of us have had communication with Hillarys staff for 12 years or more, and leopards do not change their spots. If Hillarys really want to sing with us from the same hymn-sheet then let them pay us the monies they have stolen from us by way of appalling deductions from hard-earned commissions. We get the orders, we fit the blinds we handle the crappy deliveries and repair the faults on site as best we can for no reward or recognition, then they penalise us AFTER we get paid, if some professional customer rings them upand complains. If they want cooperation from now on, then let them earn it by showing willling, not pratting about as they are doing now Dogybracket
