Does any one know who they all are
will we be told at next meeting
have all specialists already been trained
and does this really mean no one else can sell cons blinds

Does any one know who they all are will we be told at next meeting have all specialists already been trained and does this really mean no one else can sell cons blinds We've had our meeting..... and conservatory packs were handed out to the "specialists" at the meeting. It was made clear that ALL conservatory leads (sides and roof) would go to the specialists only. The reason being that while selling the sides, they would be able to push for roof at the same time. I can see their point... those of us not too keen on doing roofs, maybe didn't try very hard to get a roof order whilst selling the sides! ;D Possible guilty myself!!  |

Isnt this a bit like a car salesman selling you a Ford Focus and then trying to sell you a Rolls Royce as well. You can either afford the roller in the first place and would have asked for it, or would not be interested from the start. Red |

I think it unfair that I did the training, not living in the most affluent area, have now been told no more leads to conservatories, but then in the same breath it is quite fine if you do stumble on a job ( because we are all going to be stumbling now ) we can go ahead and do it.
How about going out and look at the quality of work done on a roof before making suggetions like these. I can see people looking for other work.

Are the 'chosen' conservatory specialists now taking all the leads?
My own leads are down , but have this week recieved phone calls from customers who can not wait to be seen by the 'specialist'. I have then gone in and sold blinds for the 'walls' - ie , one call yesterday 9 romans £1540.00 .....Gggggreat!

I have hardly any leads this week....The quietest I have been in months. Are all you CN specialists EXTRA busy?  I feel another poll coming on...... ;D |

I'm one of the chosen or afflicted few, depending on your view. No leads, nothing to do, and of the 12 specialist leads had since Late Feb. only 1 for roof and 1 for an awning. |
